Regina J. Lane is an accomplished professional with a strong commitment to community and empowering individuals to achieve their highest potential. She possess expertise as a keynote speaker, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) practitioner, and consultant. As the founder and CEO of Regina Joy, a consulting firm specializing in DEI and women's initiatives, Lane has demonstrated her dedication to these important areas.
Originally from the Greenwood District of Tulsa, OK, Lane has established Oklahoma City as her second home since 1998. In 2009, she founded Arjaybi's Concepts, a local full-service marketing agency. In her professional journey, Lane has held significant positions such as Director of Service-Learning at Heritage Hall School and the inaugural Chief Inclusion Diversity Equity and Access Officer with the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma.
Currently, Lane devotes her time to various endeavors, including being a keynote speaker, consultant, and host of the podcast "WOMAN Today." Additionally, she serves as the founder and Executive Director of The Vanguard, a fine arts production company focused on creating opportunities and support for African-American artists.
Lane's accomplishments have earned her notable recognition. She was acknowledged as a member of the Oklahoma Gazette's 2016 class of 40 under 40 and LOYAL - Class XI of Leadership OKC. Lane holds a BFA in Musical Theatre and a Masters in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. She has also pursued professional certifications in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from Cornell University and the University of South Florida MUMA College of Business, as well as Service-Learning Instructional Leadership from the National Youth Leadership Council.
Within the Oklahoma City community, Lane remains highly active. She has served on the boards of organizations such as the Oklahoma Single Parent Scholarship Program, the Myriad Gardens Community Board, the Oklahoma City Community College Digital Media Design Advisory Board, and the Leadership OKC Alumni Board.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Lane finds joy in her personal life. She cherishes her role as a wife to Adam and mother to three young women. Additionally, she embraces the responsibility of being a "forever host mom" to two international female students - one from Korea and another from China. During her leisure time, Lane enjoys peaceful walks by the lake and engaging in thought-provoking television, movies, and local community theatre.
